Can you tell a diamond is real by putting it under certain light?
I was working at a Haunted house this October and there was a light above me and another woman that worked there. I am not sure if it was a blacklight but when we looked at our rings, her’s was glowing very brightly and mine did nothing at all. Does this mean that one of our diamonds was fake? I need an expert please
Possibly one had been laser enchanced and retained some radiation. Not to worry that is NOT dangerous. It is however not possible to determine if genuine by some form of light. The usual test is electric conductivity. Have stones tested by a jeweler .
